The Eurovision song contest -- the single most-watched live TV event in the world -- offers a unique lens through which to explore Israeli politics, history, and the national mood. The Israeli government almost fell three times because of controversy over Eurovision. Over seven sessions we'll explore "behind the scenes" of Eurovision and ultimately get a better understanding of the story of Israel.
