Who Comes First in Jewish Life? Exploring Questions of Leadership, Inheritance, and Access (Summer 2021)

Wednesday, July 21, 2021 thru Wednesday, August 4, 2021
5:30 PM to 6:45 PM
See session list below for specific session times and locations.
Topics: Social Justice
Educator: Noa Albaum
Online CA

This miniseries will explore how entitlement complicates Jewish life in three key areas: birth order, gender, and inheritance; leadership and ordination; and judging others meritoriously (giving the benefit of the doubt). Each session will include a takeaway for how we can exercise the wisdom gleaned from our learning outside of the beit midrash or house of study.

This course is co-sponsored by the Jewish Community Library.
