Embodied Jewish Experience (Spring 2021)
In these three sessions, we will explore the lived experience of Jewish life. While we often think of Judaism as a mentally oriented, text-based religion, in truth, its power also comes from the ways in which Judaism embodies the fulfillment of basic human needs. We will deepen our understanding of four basic aspects of Jewish life and bring them to life with an embodied approach. Each week we will learn more about the power of embodied practice to bring our spiritual life alive and to become more grounded in ways to express our culture and our faith.
