Community Cafe: Storytelling with a Heart – First Series – Stories of Liberation, Revelation, and Deliverance (Winter 2021)
Telling stories is one of the most powerful means that we have to connect with and to inspire each other. Especially in these times of increased isolation, storytelling forges connections among people, and between people and ideas. Stories convey the culture, history, and values that unite us as humans. In this series, participants workshop real-life stories and share them with each other. As we look forward to the promise of spring and this time of rebirth, participants will share stories on the themes of Liberation, Resilience, and Deliverance.
The series will culminate in a community storytelling event on March 23rd at 5:30 pm in which participants (if they choose to) will share the stories in front of a “zoom-live” audience as a gift for Passover.
