Be the Change: Diverse Jewish Perspectives on the Problems of our World- Summer 2020
This course will explore the burning issues of our day: racism, poverty, access to education and how we as Jews can take action to make lasting change in our community and our world. Each session will include personal reflection and textual learning on social justice issues, and will feature a diversity of viewpoints and sources (especially from voices often overlooked). Come to listen, learn and leave with ideas for being the change in your community. Registrants will receive a Zoom link from the educator the day before the start of the course.
